Remember, it's not wrong to take pride in being a good person as long as you don't forget you can always be a better person. And take away the pride of being arrogant or the feeling of superiority. Never let pride be your guide and avoid the superiority complex that says, I'm always right.These enabling strategies help in creating a positive atmosphere that boosts creativity.
