IDEAS Versus -- CHARACTER DIFFERENCES

Not all ideas are good ideas. “To have good ideas, you must have many ideas” One idea is a bad idea, two ideas is an argument, three ideas is a brainstorm. -- Better Humans

To understand how PRIDE affects life versus HUMILITY. there's a conflict between vision and service could be at the source of identity crisis. Being smart does not mean one is omnipotent or flawless. Not all ideas are smart ones, all projects begin with an idea. Architects, designers and planners as well will come up with ideas from different approach of designs, taste, and solution. Greediness and pride without multitasking and sharing is one of the main causes of bad failure design. To exercise free will and make own decision one needs to have choices.Everyone can come up with fresh, radical ideas – you just need to learn to open your mind and think differently. This is why we need to be on the lookout for new ideas that can drive innovation, and the ability to think differently, generate new ideas, consider new perspectives, and spark creativity within a team becomes an important skill. Work with groups to visualize the issues, draw and map them out, and then to begin to shape the solutions as visual stories or metaphors.This could be a change process, or a strategy discussion, branding conversation, HR initiative.You need to work actively on building and cultivating this skill, and it can be done. As mention earlier, diffusing bad thinking requires someone (probably you) to construct a healthier framework around the bad thinking that shows it for what it is. Remember, it's not wrong to take pride in being a good person as long as you don't forget you can always be a better person. And take away the pride of being arrogant or the feeling of superiority. Never let pride be your guide & avoid the superiority complex that says,"I'm always right." These enabling strategies help in creating a positive atmosphere that boosts creativity.
